The Lahore board of education had begun matric course test sessions in February and it was meant to continue until the end of July. 10th class theory examinations were completed but, regrettably, the pandemic spread across the country that restricted all the educational activities from across the nation. 10th class examinations could not be finished and the session had completed without running the practical exams.

The education ministry was decided that the students will be promoted to the next classes this year without exams. Throughout the TV stations and official social media accounts of the education ministry and other government, it has been cleared that the result will be accessible from the first week of September.
